Refund policy

Overview

All products in our store are made to order — meaning each item is printed and fulfilled individually by our production partner, Printify, specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we do not hold physical stock and cannot accept returns for sizing errors, change of mind, or personal preference.

We take quality seriously. If something goes wrong on our end — a defective print, a damaged item, or the wrong product sent — we will make it right.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match what you ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund. No need to return the item.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Provide your order number

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue (e.g. the defect, damage, or incorrect item)

Once we review your case and confirm the issue, we will arrange a free reprint or process a full refund — whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to return the item.

Items We Cannot Accept Returns For

Because our products are custom-manufactured on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout — please use our size guide before ordering

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

  • Gift cards

We strongly encourage you to review our size guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


European Union — 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags or packaging intact. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations under this right are the responsibility of the customer.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@inkish.store within 14 days of delivery. If your item is defective or incorrect, you are covered under our quality guarantee above regardless of location — please get in touch and we will resolve it.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times are as follows:

  • We will notify you of the refund decision within 2–3 business days of receiving your report and photos

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, the fastest way to get what you need is to place a new order. If your original order is eligible for a refund (e.g. a defective item), we will process that separately.
